Fire & Ice is a first responder-themed mobile experience serving up colorful shaved ice, classic hot dogs and brats, frozen treats, snacks and more, from our one-of-a-kind rescue rig.

You’ll find us rolling into neighborhoods, youth sporting events, festivals, community celebrations and private gatherings throughout the area. More than just a food truck, Fire & Ice is all about bringing people together, having some fun, and celebrating the first responders who serve our communities.
